REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies site-wide. Refund eligibility varies by service and is defined below.
TAX CLARITY SNAPSHOT Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if the delivered Tax Clarity Snapshot does not materially match the scope described at purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Delivery occurs when the Snapshot is provided via email or secure portal.
If no refund request is submitted within this period, the service is deemed accepted and no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@maventaxservices.com within the review period and include:
Your full name
Order confirmation or invoice number
A brief description of the concern
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available for:
Disagreement with the estimated tax amount
Changes in income, deductions, or tax law after delivery
Information not provided during intake
Failure to review deliverables within the review period
Differences between estimates and final tax liability
Effect of Refund
If a refund is issued:
Access to deliverables may be revoked
The estimate may not be relied upon
Records may be retained as required by law

Refund terms for tax preparation, subscriptions, or other services are governed by their respective engagement terms.
